The TVJ Process
Here are the simple and easy steps to use our service:
Foods, Restaurants, Coffee and Snacks
1.) Phone in your order to the location whose product you are craving.
2.) Call us and tell us what you ordered, where you ordered it from and whose name it's under.
3.) We'll pick up your order, get a receipt and bring it to you!
You will be charged the exact amount of your purchase plus the delivery fee. Tip is not required but our drivers do appreciate them!
Deliveries
Are you needing something delivered? Here are the steps you should follow:
1.) Call us at 209.263.0370 or email us.
2.) Tell the representative what you are needing delivered and where.
3.) The representative will give you a quote. If it is outside of our standard pricing sheet.
4.) Arrange a pick up and drop off time!
5.) We will call you the day before to confirm and see you the next day. (Please note if you do
not receive a confirmation call, no worries, we will still see you on delivery day!!!)
